About My Hydro Garden
My Hydro Garden started the way most home-growing obsessions do: with a windowsill herb pot that didn't survive the month, and a refusal to just give up on growing something — anything — indoors. Somewhere between researching nutrient ratios at midnight and comparing tower systems in a dozen open tabs, it became obvious that most of what's written about home hydroponics online is either written by someone selling a specific product, or written by someone who's never actually kept a system running past week three.
We built this site to be the resource we wished existed: straightforward comparisons of vertical farms, wall gardens, and indoor hydroponic systems, written by people who've actually set them up, killed a few plants figuring them out, and kept the ones worth keeping.
Every product we recommend is chosen on real specs, real feedback from other growers, and how well it fits a specific situation — a sunny apartment corner, a renter who can't drill into a wall, a beginner who just wants something that won't need a manual. We're not trying to sell you the most expensive setup; we're trying to help you buy the right one the first time.
Some links on this site are affiliate links, including through the Amazon Associates program — if you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change what we recommend; it's what keeps the guides free.
